ALL MATCHES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 3.00 PM
Submissions made after 3.00 PM will automatically be considered as entries for the following day and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
OPPONENTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON DISCORD DAILY AT 3PM
Opponents will be announced exclusively on our Discord channel at 4:00 PM daily. Creators who haven’t joined the Discord must do so immediately to stay updated. Multiple no-shows may result in the removal of your agency
ALL MATCHES WILL BE BETWEEN 9-11 PM
Creators must ensure their availability during this time. Match timings can only be adjusted in case of an emergency
No-Shows Will Lead to Removal from the Agency
Accumulating 3 no-shows within a single week will result in removal from the agency. This policy is in place to respect the time of other creators and the management. Please ensure your availability during scheduled match times
Request Promotional Videos and Banners via Live Chat
Use the website's live chat to request a battle poster or promotional video for your battles. Provide the correct @usernames of both creators and the scheduled time to the live chat agent for a smooth process.
